Q: I just booked a trip to stay for 6 nights at El San Juan Hotel & Casino in July of 2008 and I've been reading horrible reviews about it. It seems like there are bed bug issues and complaints about the hotel being very dirty with very poor customer service. It is supposed to be a 4 and a half stars hotel but is are all these reviews true and should I expect bed bugs on my bed and customer service will be no help? The travel agent says that it had just been renovated so there should be no problem but these reviews were posted this year. I have a feeling that my travel agent could careless and just wants to make commission. Can someone please let me know? Or else I will just change my hotel.
