Hillcrest Guest House

Built in 1966 by the Hall family, Hillcrest guest house is family owned and run on the island of St. John. The family feel is apparent starting with the free transportation from the Cruz Bay dock. Perched on a hill in the perfect position for a birds-eye view of St. John, nothing beats sitting out on the patio overlooking the water in shaded comfort.

This non-smoking atmosphere is clean, comfortable and relaxing. The decor offers some unique touches like the queen-sized canopy bed, not to mention a few necessities like a microwave, DVD player, TV and air conditioning.

Frank Bay Beach is a five-minute walk down the hill and Trunk Bay is only minutes away. Also within a 4-minute walk are banks, churches, water sports, supermarkets, restaurants and car rentals.

The stay includes access to the exclusive Peters' Bay Beach and Trunk Bay. Free bottle of champagne and complimentary mini-bar, snacks, breakfast items, fruit basket, chocolate candy, and nuts.

Each suite is air conditioned, has a kitchenette or kitchen and are all located on the top floor for lovely views of the ocean and sunsets.

1. The Southern Suite accommodates up to 3 people. A Queen Size Canopy Bed and Full Size Futon Bed/Couch are in the Southern Suite. Kitchenette for cooking all your meals.

2. The Tropical Garden Suite has a queen size bed, a queen size futon and a twin folding bed and accommodates up to 4 people. A full kitchen for cooking all your meals, if you so desire. A private balcony for relaxing and taking in the heavenly views.

The Tropical Garden Suite/Apartment will be able to accommodate up to 4 people. It will include cookbooks of Emeril Lagasse and Bobby Flay. Emerils' spices and bar-b-que sauce will also be included, along with a bread maker and cappaccino maker. Has a private balcony.

3. The Front Suite accommodates up to 2 people and is known as the "Hummingbird Suite". It is also air conditioned, has a kitchenette and a complimentary menu is also included. Has a private balcony.

4. The Caribbean Ocean View Suite accommodates up to 2 people and is quite cozy. It air conditioned, kitchenette and a complimentary menu is included.

3-5 People: $220/daily or $1200/week.


November 16 to April 15-High Season
1-2 People: $195/day or $1200/week.
3-5 People: $240/day or $1600/week
