Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. A person may qualify for entry in the Getaway Giveaway (the "Giveaway") by entering a property review ("Review") with photographs on WhereToStay.com. In order for the Review to qualify it must have photos uploaded with the review and the review and the photos must be approved for display on the web site by WhereToStay.com's editors. You will receive one (1) additional Giveaway entry for each Review.

2. TO ENTER. Between January 1, 2008 and June 30, 2008 (the "Promotion Period"), complete a property Review OR build a Trip. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CST on June 30, 2008. Once submitted, all entries become the exclusive property of WhereToStay.com. Entries will not be acknowledged upon receipt, nor will they be returned.

3. PRIZE DETAILS. One (1) prize consisting of a 7-night stay for two (2) people in La Fleur des Pitons Villa, St. Lucia, and US Airways Travel Certificates valid for two (2) roundtrip tickets on US Airways, US Airways Express, and US Airways Shuttle from any US Airways destination (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) to St. Lucia (the "Prize"). Total ARV of prize: $4500. Prize valid from June 30, 2008 to December 14, 2008, subject to availability. Stopovers and Circle Trips are not permitted. Mileage toward the US Airways Dividend Miles program cannot be accrued when using a travel certificate. A processing fee and/or taxes apply to some Travel Certificates or destinations. There is a $100.00 fee per ticket for any changes made to an itinerary after ticket has been issued. All Travel Certificate service fees and charges are non-refundable. Travel Certificates have no cash value and may not be brokered, bartered, or resold. Lost, stolen, or otherwise destroyed Travel Certificates will not be replaced. US Airways Travel Certificates are valid for travel from June 30, 2008 to December 14, 2008 only and are subject to availability. Travel Certificates blackout dates apply. Please contact US Airways Reservations at 1-800-428-4322 for a complete and updated list of restricted travel dates for 2008. Winner is responsible for all travel expenses, all applicable fees, service charges, surcharges, facility charges, insurance, federal, state and local taxes, gratuities, meals, incidentals and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize. The Prize is provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind. The Prize is non-transferable. No cash redemption or prize substitution allowed by winner. WhereToStay.com reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.

4. DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZES. On or about July 5, 2008 a random computer selection will be conducted from among all eligible entries received by WhereToStay.com. The potential winner will be notified by email, using the email address associated with the winner's registration on WhereToStay.com. As a condition of receiving the Prize, the potential winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (which affirms that he/she has complied with these rules) as well as a liability release, and where legal, a publicity release, each of which must be completed, signed and returned within seven (7) days from the date of receipt, or the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If any Prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, the Prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a Prize constitutes winner's consent to use of his/her name without further compensation for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes by WhereToStay.com. By accepting the Prize, winner acknowledges compliance with these official rules.

5. ODDS. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

6. ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes open to individuals legally residing in North America (U.S. and Canada) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and agents of WhereToStay.com, La Fleur des Pitons Villa, US Airways, and each of their parents and affiliates, agencies, distributors, wholesalers and retailers, and members of such employees' immediate families and individuals living in the same household with such employees, are not eligible to win. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

7. USE OF DATA. WhereToStay.com will be collecting personal data about participants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review our privacy policy at http://www.wheretostay.com/about_us/privacy.html. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants hereby agree to WhereToStay.com's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted WhereToStay.com's privacy policy.

8. EMAIL PRODUCT REGISTRATION. By registering for the Giveaway, registrant agrees to join WhereToStay.com's monthly email newsletter. Registrant may unsubscribe from this email product at any time by following the instructions at the bottom of the email product.

9. OTHER CONDITIONS. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. WhereToStay.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway, or to disqualify any individual implicated in any of the following actions, if for any reason: (a) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in WhereToStay.com's sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway; (b) the Giveaway or any website associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper processing of entries per these rules; or (c) the Giveaway is otherwise not capable of running as planned by WhereToStay.com. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless WhereToStay.com, La Fleur des Pitons Villa, US Airways and each of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, wholesalers and retailers, and each of the foregoing entities' employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (collectively the "Released Parties"), from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for any injuries or death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible or liable for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, and assume no responsibility for (i) any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission at any website; (ii) failure of any entry to be received due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; (iii) communications line, hardware and/or software failures; (iv) damage to any computer (software or hardware) resulting from participation in the Giveaway; (v) theft or destruction of, tampering with, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries and/or entry information; or (vi) entries which are late, lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, or unintelligible (or any combination thereof). By entering, entrants agree to comply with these rules. Any entrant who attempts to tamper with this Giveaway in any way shall be disqualified. In the event of dispute as to who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address in question. Additional restrictions may apply.
